Longevity Journey
It's not just how many years you live. It's how you live them.
There is a time for everything. And there comes a time in life when it’s worth pausing to listen to your body — out of a desire to live in good health, with energy and clarity, for all the years ahead. The Longevity Journey was born from this desire.
It's a way to get to know your body better, to understand where you are today, so you can consciously choose how you want to feel tomorrow.
Health is never in a hurry. It has a rhythm.
Your biological age
The body speaks many languages. To listen to it, together we look at six aspects that science recognises as the most meaningful in telling the story of your health:
-
Body composition
-
Strength
-
Cardiovascular health
-
Mobility
-
Balance
-
Cognitive function
From this picture emerges a precious insight: your biological age — the age your body actually shows — is often different from the one written on your ID card. It’s a snapshot that helps us understand where to intervene, with gentleness and precision.
From there, we build a tailor-made journey with you, made of small steps and ongoing monitoring of your results over time. We accompany your body towards its best balance.
A journey for those who listen to themselves
You don’t need an urgent reason to take care of yourself. This journey is for those who play sport and want to understand themselves better, for those living with a few extra kilos or values — like blood pressure and blood sugar — worth keeping an eye on. But it’s also for those who have simply chosen to look at their wellbeing with a broader perspective, oriented towards living long and living well.
How the Longevity Journey works
The heart, listened to with care
Every longevity journey starts here.
The cardiology and sports medicine assessment includes:
-
resting electrocardiogram (ECG)
-
spirometry
-
3D colour Doppler echocardiogram
-
exercise stress test on a cycle ergometer, with a 3D headset
A custom-designed movement
Once your heart health has been assessed, we guide you through a medical exercise prescription — to follow in the ways we agree together, or at your own gym or preferred fitness centre.
If the journey reveals any fragility at the bone, joint or postural level, we’ll offer you a dedicated in-depth assessment — an advanced HPM evaluation — with qualified professionals by your side.
